Legility, a New Law company, seeks a senior corporate contracts attorney experienced in Canadian contracts and transactional law to assist a Chicago-based corporate client. The Canadian contracts attorney will support the company’s corporate legal team on commercial agreements and terms and conditions with Canadian clients, vendors and suppliers. This is a part-time contract position that can be worked on a remote basis, and is a perfect opportunity for a solo practitioner who wants to supplement his or her practice.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of relevant Canadian contracts and transactions experience in a corporate or large law firm setting
  • Active law license in the state you reside; active Canadian law license preferred
  • Stellar academic credentials from a top-tier law school
