Labor & Employment Attorney
Legility is seeking a Labor & Employment attorney with 7+ years of experience at a large law firm and/or corporate legal department to work for a corporate client in a Human Resources position on a long-term, contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience handling EEOC charges, employment agreements, affirmative action and federal contractor compliance, as well as experience handling union matters.
- A law degree from a top-tier school and 7+ years of experience working as a Labor & Employment attorney at a top-tier law firm and/or corporate legal department.
- Experience handling a wide variety of Labor & Employment matters and experience providing advice and counsel to HR personnel at a variety of companies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
